At Vivvant London, we want all of our customers to feel great in our shoes. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received for any reason, you can return your purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please follow the guidelines below carefully.
- Return or exchange must be processed and sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be still in original resalable condition with original package (shoe box and the dust bag). We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
- We cannot refund your original or return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Please send an email to email@example.com before you send the item back mentioning the order number, customer number and your full name. If you require that we exchange your item, please indicate the size, colour, and model you require to exchange for in the email.
- And if you are an International customer, please mark ‘Returned Items’ on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes.
- Please mail your parcel to: Sartorial London LTD, Access Self Storage Wembley, First Way, Wembley Stadium, Industrial Estate, Wembley, HA9 0JD, UK.
- Please make sure your item is well packaged, all return items are the responsibility of the customer until received by us.
- Once we received your return item, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
